KEY HOLDING
1º- HOME: Maintenance, cleaning and replacement
When you or your guests arrive to spend the holidays, your home will be clean, the fridge connected and with the shopping done. If you have plants, we will water them, check all lights so there won’t be any surprise with blown bulbs and also flush the toilettes in order to avoid bad odors. We will wash dirty linen, iron them and make the beds. You won´t have to waste time on such things, just enjoy your holiday.
Of course if you have any electrical, plumbing problems ,etc, we will notify you immediately and take care of the problem under your rerquest with qualified professionals and a previous written budget, approved and accepted by you.
If you want to perform any kind of reforms at home like painting, etc, we have the appropriate professional staff for this.

2º- VEHICLE
If you have a vehicle that stays here, we will take care of it when you are away by starting the engine and washing it (if you consider it necessary)
When you arrive to the airport we will be waiting there for you with your vehicle and we will give you the key. When you leave, we will go with you to the airport in your own vehicle or another and bring yours back to your garage.
We will pass the revisions to the vehicle and take it to the garage for repairs and inspections required by law.
3º- LEGAL ADVICE AND MEDIATION
Forget about wasting time paying taxes and fees, we will do it for you.
If you wish to buy a vehicle, house… for yourself or for a friend, we can mediate for you with the sellers and help you to save a significant amount for you, also advise you on all legal issues and contract clauses.
Trust us and you will have a relaxed stay in Spain without occupying your time on something else over than enjoying your holiday.
PRICE LIST 2022
Key Holding 300 € / year
- Inspection of property at least twice a month or when the circumstances or the apartment owner requires it. Ventilation of the apartment, plant-care procedures and pest-control. Verification of pipes, bathroom fittings and electrical system, replacing material if necessary (Light bulbs, connecting tubes, etc. (The replaced materials are at the owner’s expense and will be always conserved for its verification)
- Extra inspection of the property will be done in case of extreme circumstances, force majeure or emergency.
- Inspection and verification of the security system, windows and doors.
- Instant communication of any serious failure that needs the services of qualified professionals an if so a request of budget.
- Management of payment of yearly property tax (IBI) (amount to pay previously transferred to Houses in the sun’s account).
- Regular state of conservation report.
- Meet & Greet at any time.
