Key Custody
HOME: Maintenance, cleaning, and replenishment
When you or your guests arrive for a holiday, your home will be clean, the refrigerator connected, and the groceries done. If you have plants, we will water them. We will check all the lights to avoid surprises from burnt-out bulbs. We will also check toilets and flush the tanks to prevent stagnation and unpleasant odors. We will wash and iron your sheets and make the beds. You won't have to waste time on these things, just enjoy your stay.
Of course, if there is any plumbing, electrical, or other issue, we will notify you immediately and arrange for qualified professionals to repair what is necessary, with a written, approved, and accepted quote from you.
If you want to make any renovations at home, paint..., we have the right professional staff for it.

LEGAL ADVICE AND MEDIATION
Forget about wasting vacation time paying fees and taxes; we'll do it for you.

Key Holding €300 / year
- Property inspection at least twice a month and/or when circumstances or the owner require it. Ventilation of the property, plant care, and pest control, checking pipes, toilets, and the electrical system, replacing materials if necessary (bulbs, hoses, etc.). (Replaced materials are at an additional cost, and the old ones will always be kept for verification).
- Extraordinary inspection of the property in case of extreme circumstances, force majeure for emergency reasons.
- Inspection and verification of security systems, windows, and doors.
- Immediate communication of any serious breakdown that requires the services of qualified professionals and, if necessary, requesting a quote from them.
- Management of payment for the property tax (IBI) for the property (upon receipt of the amount to be paid).
- Regular and timely information on the state of conservation of the property.
- Collection and delivery of keys at any time.
